Tackling Rising Costs

Families in Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, and across Maryland are feeling the squeeze from rising prices for household necessities. I’m working each and every day in Congress to tackle these high prices that keep so many working families up at night.

Our economy faces challenges, from the lingering effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, supply chain issues, workforce disruptions, and geopolitical and trade instability from Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

I’m focused on addressing these issues head-on, voting in favor of legislation to crack down on price gouging, boost U.S. manufacturing, reduce the cost of prescription drugs and child care, and invest in our communities and infrastructure.

As we work to get through this, together, please see below for information and resources to assist you, your family, and your neighbors.

I also encourage you to call my district office for help navigating federal agencies.
