Bias Complaints Spur Probe of Labor Board Watchdog

Some of Berry’s accusers have also taken their complaints to Capitol Hill. Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) and Rep. Anthony Brown (D-Md.), in separate letters to the board in late 2019, expressed concerns after being contacted by agency employees who said they were targeted by the inspector general.
